The Backrooms

"The backrooms" is an internet term for images of empty spaces that feel familiar but make you uncomfortable to look at. I channeled this idea when creating this piece to represent how we really don't know what goes on behind the scenes in Hollywood. I included an image of Emma Stone and Jennifer Lawrence on the left, with their heads replaced by doll heads to continue the ongoing theme of artificiality in my portfolio.
